Buyers
The first part of our relationship will begin with a lot of information gathering. I will want to know the type of home you are looking for, your price range, your timetable, your work schedule, what you are looking for in your next home etc. This is the time to gather information. The more information you can provide me, the better I can assist you. 
 

Buyers Agency Agreement
When you sell your home, you enter into a contractual agreement with the listing agent to provide services to sell your home. When you work with a Buyers Agent, you also enter into a contractual agreement outlining the responsibilities of both the agent and the client. This agreement clearly states that you and I are working together and establishes a Buyers Agency relationship. The agreement can be terminated by either party at any time for any reason. It allows me to be your advocate and be working for you...not the transaction.

Lender Pre-Approval
In order to empower you with the ability to act fast when we find a property you want, I will help you with the pre-qualification process and refer you to some of the areas top lenders. The lender you choose will provide me with a pre-approval letter, which should accompany an offer for purchase to show the sellers that you are a qualified buyer, and allow you a stronger position to negotiate from.
